Young people have a higher stake in the EU referendum than most, yet pollsters are predicting they will not turn out to vote. Prove them wrong.
Higher education student
We’d suggest signing up with Students for Europe as they can provide you with free student-specific campaign material and campaign training. They can hep with events, starting your own local student group or by putting you in touch with others already campaigning on your campus. #StudentsIN
The National Union of Students (NUS) is supporting the vote to remain in the EU after student reps from all over the UK voted on the issue at their national conference. You can find free NUS campaign resources to use here.

Are you going to Glastonbury this year? It’s the same day as the EU referendum, June 23rd! The European Championship is also happening around the same time, so if you’re likely to be away make sure to register for a postal vote so you can vote early. And don’t forget to register to with your home address rather than your university address. More info on registering to vote.
School student
If you’re under 18 you cannot register to vote in the EU referendum but there is still plenty you can do to help the campaign. Speak to your family members about your concerns and ask them to consider voting on your behalf if they’re not interested themselves. This is your future!

You can also sign the official petition calling on the UK government to lower the voting age in the EU referendum. The law is unlikely to be changed in time, but it send a strong signal and may make a difference to future generations.
